1. Legally, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days. However, as a customer of Tuur/Revor Group, you have a withdrawal right of one hundred and twenty (120) days on all our products. Based on the withdrawal right, you can decide to withdraw from the purchase within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the day of delivery of the Product. You are not required to pay any fee or provide a reason. Of course, Tuur/Revor Group would like to hear your feedback so we can improve our services and products.

2. If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the agreement, back from us. If you only return a part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. Tuur/Revor Group will cover the return costs and will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, no fees will be charged for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. You must send back or hand over the goods without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to revoke the agreement to us. You are in time if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

3. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly, unambiguously, and obligatorily communicate this in writing to Tuur/Revor Group (for example, in writing, by post, fax, or email). You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. This notification must occur within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the day of (physical) receipt of the Products and can be sent to service@tuursleep.com

4. In that communication, you must compulsorily mention the following information:

• Date of order, date of receipt, and date on which the right of withdrawal is exercised;

• The order number/reference number, this can be found on the confirmation/invoice of the order;

• Your name and address

• Your signature.

Subsequently, you will agree with Tuur/Revor Group on when the Product can be picked up by the external party designated by Tuur/Revor Group, or you will receive a return label to return it for free via a courier service designated by Tuur/Revor Group.

5. You are responsible for any depreciation of the Products resulting from the handling of the Products that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Products. Tuur/Revor Group is entitled to charge the cost of the depreciation in proportion to the refund.

6. Of course, you can also return the products via another carrier, but the costs will be for you.
